It’s the school break for universities so Mama had some free days and wanted to spend a weekend outside of Manila. Seeing as it’s been a while since we’ve been to Baguio as a family, we decided to spend the weekend there.
Hello, Fukuoka, I’m back! It’s my 3rd time visiting this wonderful city and I still can’t get enough of it. I’ve been looking forward to returning here since last year and thankfully, I had this opportunity to come back. Read on for the play-by-play of the trip.
I spent this year’s first vacation leaves on a trip to the southern part of the country. Cagayan de Oro was our port of entry, but most of our time was spent in the barangay of Dahilayan and on the island of Camiguin. Read on to find out how thr trip went.

Since reaching retiring age, Mama has wanted to spend time traveling with her kids, but our schedules never seemed to line up. This year, however, the New Year holidays were strategically placed to justify spending some time outside the country. This is the recap for our annual family trip, this time to Singapore, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur.
The popular saying goes that “the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.” There must be a lot of truth to this because bite by bite, Taipei is a city that has succeeded in capturing my heart. Here is the travelog for my trip to Formosa’s capital.
Iloilo is celebrated online as a very romantic city, exhibiting traits of both rapid urbanization and deep cultural tradition. But I only know it as the place my brother studied high school in. In the midst of a wild rainy season, we were able to spend a few days exploring parts of the city and see what it has to offer. This is my trip report.
There are some places that stay on your mind far after visiting them. Kota Kinabalu is one such location. Not only is the Mee Goreng still a constant craving, but we missed the entire experience of walking around the city. Add to that the activities and places we have yet to see and do. Therefore, a return is almost pre-destined.

While Fukuoka remains my favorite port in Japan, I had some business in Tokyo scheduled this time. Unfortunately, things didn’t go according to plan. But I am not one to waste a trip to Japan.
