I still can’t get over how much I enjoyed Yakuza: Like a Dragon. I know that it’s already guaranteed since I enjoyed the previous 7 games in the series, but it’s really worth it’s own post. I guess I’ll be joining the huge list of people who raved about this game since it’s release during late-2020.Continue reading “Laro: Like a Review for Like A Dragon”
Something I’ve been doing my whole life but because of the quarantine, it became a big part of it, replacing the great outdoors.
Laro: The underrated Binary Domain
This is going to be a quick review of the game after binging it in one session. I just wanted to compile some of my thoughts about it because I enjoyed playing it more than I expected to.Continue reading “Laro: The underrated Binary Domain”
Laro: Every Ryu ga Gotoku / Yakuza game I’ve played
I don’t even know how to go about this post. If you love video games, a good story, and Japan, this entire series is a must-play. I cannot recommend this series enough. Now, I’m going to be adding to the legions of people on the internet singing praises about this franchise. Ikuzo!Continue reading “Laro: Every Ryu ga Gotoku / Yakuza game I’ve played”
Laro: Horizon: Zero Dawn Review
Horizon: Zero Dawn is a game whose reputation far precedes itself. I’ve heard nothing but praises from my friends who have already finished the game. But since it only came to the PC fairly recently (It was a PS4 exclusive until August 2020), I only had the chance to play it now. Not that big of a deal since I’ve reviewed 5-year-old games pretty recently. In fact, Horizon: Zero Dawn might be one of the newer games I’ve played this quarantine season. So, let’s talk about it.Continue reading “Laro: Horizon: Zero Dawn Review”
Laro: Quarantine Games of Early 2021
Oh my god. Can you believe it’s already April?? Time really seems to pass by differently during a pandemic. Because of the stellar government response to this virus, we are back to a work-from-home setup. Coupled with the lack of outdoor activities and the time saved by not commuting, I’ve finished a lot of video games since the year started.
None of them have really wow-ed me to the extent that they need a standalone article, but there’s still a lot to be said about each of them. So let’s go down the hole of “games I’ve played since the year started.”Continue reading “Laro: Quarantine Games of Early 2021”
Laro: Assassin’s Creed: Origins Review
I’ve reached a 97% game completion rate for Assassin’s Creed: Origins. All that’s left are the War Elephant arenas and the Hippodrome races. I don’t want to bother with those, so I can pretty much say that I’ve finished playing the game after 80 hours. I’ll be giving my thoughts on it as well as sharing a few images I’ve taken using the game’s built in photo mode.Continue reading “Laro: Assassin’s Creed: Origins Review”
Laro: The Witcher 3 Review
I just finished playing The Witcher 3 (and it’s DLCs) and what an experience it was. Welcome to another writeup about a video game. This time, we will be taking a look at possibly the most well-made game I’ve ever played.Continue reading “Laro: The Witcher 3 Review”
Kwarentina: I Built A PC!
Probably one of the most productive things I’ve done this quarantine is to upgrade my rig. The one which I’ve been using since 2014 needed an upgrade, and with no end in sight for the quarantine period, gaming has become a big part of my daily activity. As a high-risk individual for COVID19, I’m determined to stay at home as much as I can. Yes, apparently I do still want to live. Rather, I don’t want to die for a stupid reason lmao.Continue reading “Kwarentina: I Built A PC!”
