Project Overview
In BGC, there’s a group of runners that frequent the open space of Terra 28th. Since they were already training together, they decided to form a running group and called themselves the Terratubbies.
I was fortunate enough to have some running friends who were a part of this group. And since I was also running around the area most of the time, I was able to join some of their sessions. These are a bunch of people who take training very seriously but still find ways to have lots of fun.
Details
I had to incorporate the idea of “running Teletubbies” into the design and still make it look sleek and athletic. Fortunately, the result was well-received and looked good in action. I managed to preserve the original idea via the color scheme while still focusing on making it look dynamic.
The result is a team shirt that’s not too flashy on the eyes but still distinct enough to be recognizable.
