I was woken up (very early) by my phone ringing and upon answering, it was my office-mate calling from nearby UP Diliman. He was going to meet up with another office-mate of mine and they were waiting for me. I had a quick breakfast, changed into my ~*Biking Gear*~ and pedaled away. The bike gods answered my prayers this Sunday morning and gave me the perfect conditions to take my bike on a nearby trail that a friend recommended. The trail ran along the bank of the Marikina river and, since there was news of Typhoon Hagupit about to hit the metro, I decided to ride before the rains and winds come.
One of the good things about getting a bike is that the world suddenly gets a little bit smaller. Because most of the people at my office are also bike enthusiasts, we decided to eat at a highly recommended place: Boyong’s.
Here’s a quick update about what’s going on in my life. I bought a bike!
